About

I solve complex problems where strategy, technology, and business intersect. Over 25 years, I have acted as an executive, consultant, entrepreneur, and board member — in sectors ranging from aviation to healthcare, financial services to retail and energy.

I co-founded three companies — Dixter, Aliansa, and xpco.wine — and led transformation initiatives in organizations such as Albert Einstein, DASA, Bradesco, Zurich, GOL, Azul, and Alelo. Currently, I lead the Digital Transformation and Corporate Venture practice at Ekantika, act as a mentor for Start2, InnovAtiva, and NZ3, and serve as an Advisory Board Member and Advisor in corporate strategy and digital transformation.

I believe that strategy without execution is just a hypothesis. The value lies in transforming well-founded decisions into real movement within organizations — and measuring the results.

How does Advisory/Mentoring work? +
We work with flexible agendas focused on the client's specific challenge. This can range from an intensive targeted diagnosis to long-term follow-up (monthly/bi-monthly) to ensure governance.
What is the average engagement time? +
Strategy and diagnosis projects last from 4 to 12 weeks. Board or Mentoring engagements typically run from 6 to 12 months.
How do we handle confidentiality and NDAs? +
Since I operate at the most strategic layer of the company, the signing of bilateral NDAs and absolute confidentiality of information are prerequisites before the first technical conversation.
